These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and our estimates, scheduling, junk removal/cleanouts, light demolition and cleanup, and related communications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services & Important Disclaimers

Services include property cleanouts, storage unit cleanouts, residential junk removal, appliance removal, e-waste removal and recycling, furniture removal, demolition, and cleanup.

We remove and haul non‑hazardous items and perform light demolition/cleanup. We do not remove hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, fuel, medical sharps, asbestos) unless expressly stated in writing and in compliance with law. Job outcomes depend on property condition and access.

Users must be 18 years of age or older. We cannot work or communicate with users under the age of 18.

Estimates, Pricing & Billing

Estimates: Shown by volume, item type, weight, or project scope. Final price may adjust based on actual load, access, or disposal fees disclosed before work begins.

Payment: Due upon job completion unless otherwise stated. Acceptable forms: wire transfer, cash, check, zelle, venmo.

Refunds: All sales are final once work begins. If work is halted by the customer, We and the customer may agree on a pro-rated cost for the items already transported.

Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

Please ensure safe access, legal parking, and clear pathways to items.

We may photograph/video items/areas before/after for documentation and quality.

Rescheduling/Cancellation: Please provide 24 hours’ notice.

Prohibited Items & Restrictions

We may refuse items that are unsafe, unlawful, oversized for equipment, or exceed weight limits. Examples: hazardous waste, explosives, fuel/chemicals, paint/solvents (unless permitted), biohazards, live animals.

Site Conditions & Damage

You acknowledge normal risks of moving/removing heavy items. We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage, concealed conditions, or code issues. We take reasonable care; minor scuffs may occur despite precautions.

Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, logos) and process documents are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P)

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS from Turnover Cleanouts and Junk Removal at the mobile number you provide. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Disclaimer: Delivery may be delayed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Users will receive messages to coordinate appointment time and location. Additional messages may be sent requesting reviews or to enable users to make convenient payments for services via a shared link.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 770-525-9308. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages pertaining to the requested junk removal project after it was requested and up until the project is completed, with confirmation messages sent afterward. We will not contact you directly after project completion has been confirmed unless you subscribe to receive marketing text messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Third‑Party Services

We may link to or use third‑party services (scheduling tools, payment processors, texting platforms). We are not responsible for third‑party content, terms, or privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or violation of laws (including disposal rules).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Effective Date” shows the latest revision. Continued use signifies acceptance.
